Unfortunately 90% of people today using refined oil for cooking. Almost every oils like; sunflower oil, rice brand oil, groundnut oil or soybean oil found in the Indian market is refined oil. But what is wrong with refined oils?

The word refined, may seem very sophisticated to hear but in medical term refined oil referred to as spoiled oil.

Refining oil is multi stage process. In refining process oil is extracted at very high temperature at over 200 degree Celsius by using chemicals solvents and even hexane. In this process all the vital vitamins & minerals are destroyed, the healthy fatty acid bonds are broken and Tran’s fats are formed.

The process doesn’t stop here, the oil which extracted are again heated at high temperature too neutralise the taste and remove the odour, finally preservatives like TBHQ & ANTIFOAMING AGENTS (DMPS- dimethyle siloxine) are added, What is left behind is your colourless, odourless, tasteless and nutrition less refined oil. No matter which oil it is, once it goes through this refined process it’s lose all natural properties, it’s healthy fats turns into Trans fat, so basically the oil gets spoiled.

Majority of people nowadays uses this spoiled oil 3-4 times daily. This can lead to very serious health problem in the long run. If you have refined oil into your kitchen just throw that
